A. Right of Withdrawal

The customer reserves the right to withdraw unjustifiably from the purchase contract for any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product. The costs of sending the product back to the Company are borne by the customer. The return is made at the final price of the product. In case the product returns at courier recipient costs the cost is 4 euros and will be deducted from the original value of the product to be returned. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions: • The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing by letter and is sent to the Company either by post to the address you will find in the “Contact Information”, or electronically by e-mail at lightmax@otenet.gr. B. Right to change non-defective products:
